So that was the last circuit completed yesterday, hardest one yet too! However for the first time i was able to do the entire warm up without stopping, so i guess im getting fitter.

Today is supposed to be a rest day, but i have decided to do the Insanity weights routine instead as i feel i need to lift some weights..........Looking forward to starting week 2 tomorrow!
